Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a tracking number.

​The delivery of Eleanoren's products are made by DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will send you an email. If you have supplied your mobile number to DHL, you will also receive an SMS from DHL on the delivery day. All deliveries need to be signed for upon delivery.

​Please note times quoted below are usual but in most cases your order may arrive sooner. We cannot guarantee delivery times for any orders, and for international deliveries your order may also be delayed in Customs which we have no control over.

Delivery Charges and Times

UK:                              2-3 working days, FREE delivery. 

Europe:                       3-5 working days, FREE delivery.

Rest of the World:      5-15 working days, Delivery costs £15, FREE DELIVERY on order over £350.

We offer a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service to a lot of countries in Europe. This means that duties or Customs fees would have already been paid when the parcel arrives with you.

​Should you ever receive a demand for payment of such duties from either our shipper or from Customs authorities, please contact us immediately at contact@eleanoren.com, as you are not required to pay this.
